PURPOSE: To reduce a temperature change of dielectric constant and realize a laminated capacitor made into a thin film by composing the dielectric ceramic composite of 5 to 40wt.% of a Pb composite expressed by Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3+ Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3+PbTiO3 and 60 to 95wt.% of BaTiO3.
CONSTITUTION: The dielectric ceramic composite is composed of 5 to 40wt.% of a Pb composite expressed by Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3+Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3+PbTiO3 and 60 to 95wt.% of BaTiO3. Then, provided that Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 is Xwt.%, Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 is Ywt.% and PbTiO3 is Zwt.%, the Pb composite is desirably to be selected from within the area to be enclosed by a polygon A, B, C, D having points A, B, C, D(X, Y, Z), A(89.0, 1.0, 10.0), B(80.0, 10.0, 10.0), C(59.5, 40.0, 0.5), D(98.5, 1.0, 0.5) as the vertices. Thereby, a temperature change of dielectric constant can be reduced and a laminated capacitor made into a thin film can be realized.
