Abstract:
To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which has a high dielectric constant and low loss, enables low temperature cofiring, and is used for various electrical and electronic equipment parts.
To provide a dielectric ceramic composition having a composition so as to be made into the chemical formula 1 of a wt.% {xBaO-y1Nd2O3-y2 Sm2O3-wBi2O3-zTiO2}+b wt.% (ZnO-B2O3-SiO2-PbO based glass frit)+c wt.% CuO (wherein, 10.0 mol%≤x≤20.0 mol%; 7.0 mol%≤y1+y2-≤20.0 mol%; 0.5 mol%≤w≤5.0 mol%; 60.0 mol%≤z≤80.0 mol%; x+y1+y2+w+z=100; 80.0 wt.%≤a≤98.0 wt.%; 1.0 wt.%≤b≤10.0 wt.%; and 1.0 wt.%≤-c≤10.0 wt.%).
