Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a dielectric ceramic for microwave whose dielectric constant (r) and no-load Q(Qu) are large when the coefficient of temperature is close to zero (ppm/°C).

CONSTITUTION: A dielectric ceramic for microwave comprises a lead oxide (PbO), calcium oxide (CaO), zirconium oxide (ZrO2), cerium oxide (CeO2) and manganese oxide (MuO2). The expression of the principal component is X(CawPb1-w)O+Y(ZrO2)+ZCeO2, where 47≤X≤55, 44.8≤Y≤53, 0<Z≤1 (unit is mol), and X+Y+Z=100, while the mol ratio of W is 0.25≤W≤0.45. MnO2 is added to the principal component by no more than 2wt.%.
