Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dielectric ceramic particles capable of forming a dielectric ceramic exhibiting a high dielectric constant and having a high relative density.SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic particles have core particles containing barium titanate as a main component and a shell phase containing a metal oxide as a main component formed on the surface of the core particles. The core particle has a particle diameter of more than 50 nm and 500 nm or less, and the metal oxide has a lattice constant (a) in an axis direction larger than a lattice constant (a) in an axis direction of the barium titanate by 0.5% or more.
