Abstract:

PURPOSE: To adjust the thermal expansion coefficient of a dielectric for electronic engineering, to enhance heat stability and to form a devitrifying glass first useful for a dielectric ink, a slurry for tape, etc., by using a Zn-Mg-Al- silicate glass contg. PbO and and Fe2O3 and additionally contg. Ba and Sr.

CONSTITUTION: A composition contg., by weight, 15-25%, preferably 16-22%, ZnO, 10-25%, preferably 16-22%, MgO, 3-12% BaO or SrO, 5-20%, preferably 8-11%, Al2O3, 35-50%, preferably 39-43%, SiO2, 0-3%, preferably 1-2%, P2O5, 0-5%, preferably 2-3%, ZrSiO4, 0.01-1% PbO and 0.1-1% Fe2O3 is used as the devitrifying glass frit for a dielectric composition.
