Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric film which achieves both increase of the dielectric constant and reduction of the dielectric loss, a film capacitor and a production apparatus for a dielectric film.SOLUTION: A dielectric film 1 includes a dielectric layer 13 containing a branched polymer 15 which contains a high-dielectric-constant polymer 16 of a relative dielectric constant at the frequency of 1 kHz of 4.0 or higher as the main chain and a low-dielectric-constant polymer 17 lower in relative dielectric constant than the high-dielectric-constant polymer 16 as a side chain and an oriented inductive layer 12 containing a linear polymer 18 which contains the high-dielectric-constant polymer as the main chain, and the branched polymer 15 contained in the dielectric layer 13 and the linear polymer 18 contained in the oriented inductive layer 12 are oriented monoaxially along the stratabound direction.
