In a dielectric filter manufacturing method for coating a conductor film on interior walls of a plurality of through holes composing a resonator, a tubular attachment is arranged on an opening surface of the through hole of a dielectric block, a conductor paste is filled inside of the attachment, the conductor paste is imported into the through hole by sucking it from a surface side opposite to the surface. It becomes possible to coat the conductor paste on numerous holes of the dielectric block all at once.
