CONSTITUTION: The entire outside surface and the inside surface of the hole of each dielectric block 110, 120, 130, and 140 are coated by conductive materials like a thin film. Then, an island-shaped conductor coating part surrounded by a part where a dielectric is exposed which is not coated by a conductor is formed as an input coupling electrode 113, and the other island-shaped conductor coating part surrounded by a part where the dielectric is exposed which is not coated by the conductor is formed as an output coupling electrode. Also, the part coated by the conductor of the side face of the dielectric block is integrally adhered through a conductive adhesive 150 with that of the other adjacent dielectric block, and the output coupling electrode formed on the side face of the dielectric block is adhered to the input coupling electrode formed on the side face of the other dielectric block.
