PURPOSE: To form a low-insertion-loss dielectric filter, by removing an electrode for adjusting resonance frequency and another electrode for adjusting coupling quantity from a dielectric body.
CONSTITUTION: This dielectric filter is constituted in such a way that plural central conductors 22-1∼22-6 are formed in a single homogeneous dielectric body and plural dielectric resonators filled up with a dielectric substance are respectively provided between each of the central conductors 2-1∼2-6, and then, capacity elements 23-1∼23-6 are respectively connected between each of the dielectric resonators. Then the coupling between each dielectric resonator is attained by the capacity elements 23-1∼23-6 without providing any pattern like electrodes for adjusting resonance frequency and coupling quantity formed on the surface of the dielectric body as seen in conventional ones. Therefore, a low-insertion-loss dielectric filter whose Q-value is sharply raised can be obtained.
