To realize a dielectric laminated filter which has little insertion loss and which makes design aimed for miniaturization easy.
A thin plate-like dielectric sheet is calcinated to create a ceramic substrate and a metal film is formed on its required surface by plating, sputtering, vapor deposition and the like. Next, a pattern is formed by etching and the substrate is laminated by adhesion or the like and connected. Then, the substrate calcinated at high temperature and having little dielectric loss can be used in a resonator and insertion loss of a created filter can be made small. In addition, substrate thickness can be accurately set without being affected by substrate construction, and the film thickness and position accuracy of the pattern can be accurately controlled. This makes the variation of filter characteristics small to make design easy, an electrode shape can be made complicated, and a required pattern can be formed by a small number of substrates, attaining thinness and miniaturization.
