Since it is not required to individually manufacturing the loading dielectric material 7 and the radome 8, the manufacturing process can be simplified. Since the loading dielectric material 7 and the radome 8 are integrated and no adhesive or the like is required between an opening 6 and the loading dielectric material 7, the manufacturing is facilitated and also a task of solving the adhesive layer giving effect on the characteristic can be solved.
