Abstract:

To provide a dielectric material excellent in insulation, having both a high relative permittivity and a low dielectric loss, and low in the frequency dependency of dielectric properties.

The dielectric material contains a carbon nanotube, and a polymer chain graft-bonded to the surface of the carbon nanotube, wherein the bond density of the polymer chain to the surface of the carbon nanotube is ≥0.01 chains/nm2.
