Abstract:
To obtain a dielectric porcelain compsn. which sinters at about 1,000°C and has a high relative dielectric constant, high mechanical strength, a high Q value and a low temp. coefft. of resonance frequency.
The dielectric porcelain compsn. 1 consists of a primary component represented by the formula; xBaO-y{(1-a)Nd2O3-aSm2O3}-zTiO2 (where x+y+z=1, 0.1≤x≤0.2, 0.1≤y≤0.2, 0.55≤z≤0.8 and 0.01≤a<1) and a secondary component which is glass contg. at least SiO2, MO (M is one or more among Ba, Ca and Sr) and La2O3. The dielectric porcelain compsn. 1 is formed by sintering a compsn. contg. 3-50 wt.% of the secondary component based on 100 wt.% of the primary component.
