PURPOSE: To enable the maintaining of both a high permittivity and a specific resistance even in burning at a low partial pressure of oxygen by specifying the values of k, m, x, y, and z in the composition formula of (Pb1-kBak)m{(Ni1/3 Nb2/3)x(Zn1/3Nb2/3)y(Mg1/3Nb2/3)z}O2+m.
CONSTITUTION: The composition ratio of a dielectric porcelain composition material is made 0.005≤k≤0.075, 1.00≤m≤1.15, 0.05≤x≤0.50, 0.10≤y≤0.75, and 0.05≤z≤0.85 (x+y+Z=1) in the composition formula of (Pb1-kBak)m{(Ni1/3 Nb2/3)x(Zn1/3Nb2/3)y(Mg1/3Nb2/3)z}O2+m. Alternatively, to the abovementioned composition material, at least one or more out of MnO2, MgO, Cr2O3, WO3, SnO2, and Al2O3 are added as minor components. In this addition, the minor components are made 0.05 to 0.5 weight percent against 100 weight percent of the abovementioned composition material.
