Abstract:
To provide a dielectric-resin composite material having high dielectric properties in microwave range and a method for producing the composite material.
The dielectric-resin composite material is produced by using one or more kinds of crystalline dielectric fine particles having an average particle diameter of 10-100 nm and expressed by the compositional formula: BaxTizOx+2z (z/x is 2-5.5) and bonding the particles with a resin component. The production method of the composite material is composed of several steps. Preferably, the crystalline dielectric fine particle has a plate or acicular form having an aspect ratio of ≥2.
