PURPOSE: To decrease the number of components and to reduce the cost by forming a blind resonator hole to a dielectric block, forming an inner conductor film to the inner surface of the resonator hole, and forming a couple of connection electrodes to the other end face of the dielectric block separately from an outer conductor film.

CONSTITUTION: A blind resonator hole 4 prolonged from one end face 3a to the other end face 3b is formed to a dielectric block 3, an inner conductor film 5 is formed to the inner surface 4a of the resonator hole 4, and a couple of connection electrodes 7, 7 are formed to the other end face 3b of the dielectric block 3 separately, from an outer conductor film 6. A Qe capacitance and a coupling capacitance are fetched to the inside of the dielectric block and a board and a coupling terminal to obtain a usual capacitance are not required. Thus, the number of components is decreased, the cost is reduced and the entire size is made small.
