Abstract:
To provide a dielectric rubber laminate which is hard to cause damage of an electrode layer and peeling between an electrode layer and dielectric layer.
The dielectric rubber laminate has a three-layer structure that a dielectric layer 2 is sandwiched between a pair of electrode layers 1, 1. The electrode layer 1 is constructed by a composition of conductive rubber which contains a base rubber having adhesion and conductive filler. The dielectric layer 2 is constructed by a composition of dielectric rubber which contains a base rubber and dielectric filler and is 10 m to 300 m in thickness.
