Abstract:
To provide a dielectric structure that has a dielectric material layer with dopants providing positive shapes and ensures best applicability in the capacitor.
The positive shape means a rough surface formed by adding another material in a way that it contains a convex projecting from the surface. This dielectric structure provides an increased adhesive to a conductive layer to be applied later. In addition, a method for forming a dielectric structure and its applications to electronic devices and printed circuit boards are disclosed.
