CONSTITUTION: This dielectric substrate wherein the nearby part of at least one end 1a is composed of a complex dielectric ceramic 3 and a recession 2 while the remaining part is composed of the dielectric ceramics 3 only on the other hand, the complex is composed so that the rate of the resin 2 may be continuously changed toward the substrate central part from the end 1a.
