Abstract:

To provide a dielectrophoretic electrode hardly causing breakage of an electrode substrate, easy to handle, and inexpensively manufactured so as to be disposable, and to provide a dielectrophoretic cell and a collector for the dielectric fine particles using the same.

The dielectrophoretic electrode 5 is provided which serves as the electrode for collecting the dielectric fine particles in a liquid sample by dielectrophoresis, and the dielectrophoretic electrode 5 includes an electrode pattern 2 including a conductive thin film or an electrode pattern 4 with a plating layer laminated on the conductive thin film, formed on one face of a flexible base material 1. The dielectrophoretic cell and the collector for the dielectric fine particles each use the dielectrophoretic electrode 5. The conductive thin film is preferably a thin film of development silver formed by a photograph manufacturing method.
