Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a diene rubber reduced in the heat build-up serving as an index of rolling resistance and in the characteristics such as tensile strength and abrasion resistance and to provide a production process therefor and a rubber compsn. contg. the same.
SOLUTION: This diene rubber is a polymer of a conjugated diene or a copolymer of a conjugated diene and an arom. vinyl compd., in which at least one molecular end has a quaternary ammonium group having four carbon atoms attached thereto and which has an arom. vinyl content of 60wt.% or lower, a ratio of vinyl bonds in conjugated diene units of 10% or higher, and a wt.- average mol.wt. (Mw) of 100,000-2,000,000.
