Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase efficiency of exchange work of a bearing tip by exchanging the bearing tip smoothly without difficulty and exchanging the tip with a die for forming a welding chamber fixed.
CONSTITUTION: A material circulation hole 40 for welding of a die 34 for forming the welding chamber of a female die 4 is formed on a bearing tip insertion hole part. This tip insertion hole part 40 is then composed of a hole part 41a for arranging the tip having the vertical tip and a hole part 41b for guiding the tip to open in a tapered shape at the rear thereof. The bearing tip 35 is arranged in this hole part 41a for arranging the tip and supported on a die 33 for backup.
