In a fixed die and a moving die provided with a die working surface on which a number of inclined working teeth which are parallel to each other respectively to the direction of form rolling are provided, the working tooth 5 is composed of the zenith face 8 and tooth side planes 7, further, the connecting parts 9 between the zenith face 8 and the tooth side plane 7 are made into a round shape and the curvature of this round shape is constituted so as to be gradually increased in the direction of form rolling every prescribed number of the working teeth.
