Title:
DIESEL ENGINE FOR ENGINE GENERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3333803
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a hunting suppressing performance and governor accuracy by decreasing a burden of a governor spring, by using a spring constant larger than in torque spring specification for an energizing spring, for preventing a pin from leading to a press in limit attitude at the time of rated load operation and prescribed partial load operation.
SOLUTION: A governor input lever 1 in a governing device of an engine is constituted by a spring force input lever 2 and a governor force input lever 3, a pin 11 is slidably supported to a holder 10 provided in the spring force input lever 2, but now at the time of rated load operation, the pin 11 is placed in a press in limit attitude 19. In accordance with a rise of governor force 18 according to decrease of a load, the pin 11 is pressed in a holder 10, to be constituted so that the pin 11 is placed in the press in limit attitude before leading to a no-load operating condition. A spring constant larger than of torque spring specification is used for an energizing spring 12, in this way, hunting suppressing performance and governor accuracy are enhanced.
