Abstract:

PURPOSE: To generally use a single type of governor lever for plural types of engines different in specification by freely setting a width in a torque-up area and the maximum push-in load of a torque pin with the threading adjustment of a holder after assembled with the torque pin and a torque spring.

CONSTITUTION: In an engine with a built-in mechanical governor, a holder 10 is threaded in a governor input lever 4 so as to be freely threaded and adjusted in parallel to the direction of accessing the torque pin 13, the base end 24 of the torque pin 13 is protruded from the base end wall 15 of the holder and a stopper 25 provided on the base end 25 of the pin is faced to the base end wall 15 of the holder so that the protrusion of the torque pin 13 from the end 12 of the holder can be stopped when the stopper 25 has contact with the base end wall 15 of the holder.
