Abstract:
To securely generate electric power by using biofuel by preventing the biofuel from being deteriorated due to a high temperature and solidified while driving a diesel engine with intended efficiency.SOLUTION: A diesel power generation system includes: an oil storage tank for storing biofuel; a diesel engine driven with predetermined efficiency in the state where a temperature of the biofuel supplied from the oil storage tank is within a first temperature range; a power generator that generates power by using driving force of the diesel engine; an oil feed circuit for feeding the biofuel from the oil storage tank to the diesel engine; an oil feed pump for feeding the biofuel in the oil storage tank to the diesel engine; a first fuel heater for warming the biofuel fed by the oil feed pump to a second temperature range set lower than the first temperature range; a second fuel heater for heating the biofuel between the first fuel heater and the diesel engine; a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the biofuel flowing into the diesel engine; and a control device for controlling the biofuel so as to maintain the temperature of the biofuel within the first temperature range on the basis of a measurement result obtained by the temperature sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
