Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly prevent the loosening of the rotation of a bolt, in a differential case assembling body in which a ring gear is attached to a differential case with a plurality of the bolts.SOLUTION: Since intervals D3 of a plurality of bolts 16 are set unequal around a rotation center line S so that the intervals of the bolts 16 at a boundary portion between column parts 24, 26 and window parts 32, 34 become small, the fastening rigidity of the boundary portion becomes high. In other words, when torque is transmitted on the basis of fastening forces of the bolts 16 between a ring gear 18 and a differential case 14, the shearing torque of each bolt 16 in the boundary portion in which the intervals D3 are small is reduced. Therefore, even if face pressure between head parts and seat faces of the bolts 16 in the boundary portion is unequal, the generation of the loosening of the rotation of the bolts 16 caused by the generation of a slide between the head parts and the seat faces can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
