Abstract:
PURPOSE: To integrate a different material substance by molding secondary initial cavity of two mold elements and a primary injection molded form, pouring a different material molding material in the cavity, moving the elements, forming a final cavity larger than the volume of the secondary cavity while closing the cavity, and foaming it.
CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic cylinder 16 is provided at a mold element 13 of the fixed side and at a mold element 14 of the movable side, and a mold element 15 is slidably provided at its rod. A primary initial cavity 30 is formed of the element 13, the annular grove 23 of the element 14 and the element 15, primary molding material is poured, the element 15 is retracted to enlarge the primary cavity 30 to form a primary final cavity 31, foamed to form a primary foamed form 32. The, the form 32 is retracted, a secondary initial cavity 35 is formed, similarly enlarged to form a secondary final cavity 36 to mold a secondary foamed form 37. Thus, the different material foamed injection molded forms 32, 37 are thermally fusion bonded to be rigidly adhered.
