This different thickness rolling mill having a pressing lower die 20 and a pressing upper die 10 which respectively support an upper mill roll 11 and a lower mill roll 21 in a rotatable manner and a pressing ram holding the pressing upper die 10 in an elevating/lowering manner, and using the press for performing the different thickness rolling of the work W by lowering the pressing upper die 10 as the pressing ram is lowered, holding the work W by the upper roll mill 11 and the lower mill roll 21, and rotates at least either the upper mill roll 11 or the lower mill roll 21, comprises driving means 30, 31 and 32 for rotating at least either of the upper roll or the lower roll independent from the elevating/lowering operation of the pressing ram.
