Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the abrasion resistance of the tip and the tooth contact surface by providing the bending resisting strength of a tooth by making the tooth bottom and the connection part from the mixed structure of martensite and troostite having toughness. CONSTITUTION:The martensite structure is formed in the tip 11 and the tooth contact surface 12 at a depth of 2-5mm from the surface and the mixed structure of martensite and troostite is formed in the tooth bottom 13 and the connection part 14 at a depth of 1-3mm from the surface. Since a quenching boundary layer is not formed between the tooth contact surface 12 and the connection part 14, and the mixed structure with the martensite having the continuously variable amount of troostite is formed, each abrasion resistance of the tip and the tooth contact surface can be improved by providing the bending-resisting strength of the tooth.
