Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain an extremely labor-saving type fluid engine using the extremely decreased fluid flow from a pressurizing source by providing a gear at the applied point of the thrust of mated cylinders, engaging the gear with a fixed rack, and rotatively moving it.

CONSTITUTION: When a motor 1 is started, the pressure fluid from a pump 2 uniformly pressurizes advance sections of cylinders 7W9 via an advance solenoid valve 3 through an advance pressurizing circuit 5 and an advance circulating circuit 10. The cylinder 9 moves a rack shaft 15 in the dotted line arrow 22 direction with the thrust in response to its inner diameter and rotates a gear 19 and a coaxial gear 20 counter-clockwise. The cylinder 8 likewise moves the rack shaft 15 and rotates a gear 17 and a coaxial gear 18. The gear 20 and gear 18 are engaged with the rack teeth 13. The thrust is neutralized at the resultant force point of the gear 20 and gear 18, and the output becomes zero. Therefore, the advance section of the cylinder 7 is moved in the advance 23 direction while only the thrust of the cylinder 7 differentiates the resultant force point. Accordingly, a differential circulating propulsion engine is obtained by continuously switching the solenoid valve 3 to the advance and return movement.
