Abstract:
To provide a differential limiting device of a differential gear device for a vehicle capable of properly reducing a radial dimension of a side gear shaft of the differential limiting device.SOLUTION: A clutch hub 48 and a screw shaft member 60 are disposed in a manner of being connected in a direction of a first axis C1 of a side gear shaft 22, and a part of a pressing member 70 pressing a frictional engagement element 50 of a piston 52 is disposed at a frictional engagement element 50 side with respect to an end face 58b at the frictional engagement element 50 side in the direction of the first axis C1 of the side gear shaft 22, of a nut member 58. As the clutch hub 48 and the screw shaft member 60 are disposed in a manner of being connected in the direction of the first axis C1 of the side gear shaft 22, a radial dimension D2 of the side gear shaft 22 of a clutch drum 46 can be properly reduced. Thus, a radial dimension of the side gear shaft 22 of a differential limiting device 36 can be properly reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
