Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely support the pinion gear of a differential limiting device, satisfactorily maintain the engagement, improve the strength and durability, reduce the number of part items, and facilitate the assembling work.
CONSTITUTION: A differential limiting device is constituted of a case 1, the first shaft 11 and the second shaft 13 inserted from one end side and the other end side of the case 1 and rotated coaxially with the case 1, the first and second side gears 17, 19 provided on the outer peripheries of the first and second shafts 11, 13, multiple pairs of the first and second storage holes 25, 27 formed in the case l along the outer peripheries of the first and second side gears 17, 19, and the first and second pinion gears 39, 41 stored in the first and second storage holes 25, 27, engaged with the first and second side gears 17, 19 on one end side, and engaged with each other on the other end side. The first support section 21 supporting the second pinion gear 39 is provided on the first side gear 17, and the second support section 23 supporting the first pinion gear 39 is provided on the second side gear 19 in the differential limiting device.
