Title:
DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE IDENTIFICATION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3966010
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential pressure identification device with high practicality since a price is low and the applicable place is not limited, and not producing working error caused by the accumulation of dust, in a facility having a plurality of rooms requesting high cleanliness such as a clean room in a pharmaceutical plant.
SOLUTION: A cylindrical casing 3 is buried in a partition 2, a room R1 and a room R2 are communicated, and a thin membrane 9 is detachably stretched inside the casing 3 so that pressure of the rooms R1, R2 is applied to both sides of the membrane 9. Dust-proof caps 10, 11 are detachably attached to both ends of the casing 3. Even if air flow is not generated between two rooms R1 and R2, pressure difference is simply visually identified, and this device is simply manufactured with inexpensive components, and can be used in any place. Penetration of dust inside the rooms R1, R2 into the easing 3 and accumulation of dust can be prevented.
