Abstract:
PURPOSE: To judge leakage of sealed liquid when a difference is a predetermined value or more by storing initial characteristic curve of a temperature or pressure change and a zero point, and comparing a slope angle of a straight line for connecting a zero point at the time of self-diagnosing with that at the time of calibration at the time of diagnosing with that of the curve.
CONSTITUTION: Memory means 31 stores an initial temperature characteristic curve of a relation between an ambient temperature change or pressure change and a zero point or an initial pressure characteristic curve. AT the time of self-diagnosing, a CPU 32 compares a slope angle of a straightly for connecting a zero point at the time of self-diagnosing to that at the time of calibration at the time of diagnosing with a corresponding slope angle of the initial characteristic curve stored in the means 31, and judges leakage of sealed liquid in a sealed liquid chamber if the slope angle at the time of diagnosing becomes larger or smaller than that of the initial characteristic curve. Accordingly, the leakage of the liquid can be self-diagnosed without removing a differential pressure measuring apparatus from a measuring line.
