Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive differential pressure measuring apparatus with improved resistance to corrosion.
SOLUTION: The differential pressure measuring apparatus is provided with a seal-diaphragm-protruded diaphragm unit provided with a protruded diaphragm unit main body, a seal diaphragm having one surface provided for the top face of a protruded part and constituting the top face of the protruded part and a pressure receiving chamber, and a seal ring provided for the other surface of the seal diaphragm for fixing the seal diaphragm to the top face of the protruded part. The differential pressure measuring apparatus is provided with a main body block of a U-shaped cross section with its outside bottom surface as a mounting surface of the seal diaphragm, a doughnut-shaped flange part in which an open part of the main body block is inserted and fixed in an inner diameter part from one surface side, and a coating part made of a tantalum material comprised of a first coating covering one surface of the flange part, a second coating covering the outside surface of the main block, and a third coating provided in such a way as to overhang from the external surface of the bottom surface of the main body block and constituting the mounting part of the seal ring.
