Abstract:
PURPOSE: The space within a housing communicating to first and second pressure receiving chambers is divided into first and second measuring chambers by a diffusion type diaphragm, so that the diffusion type diaphragm contacts the wall of the first or second measuring chamber when an excessive differential pressure is generated, whereby protection is provided with a simple construction.
