PURPOSE: To realize a differential pressure measuring equipment in which the yield is increased in the assemblage of a seal diaphragm while reducing the manufacturing cost.

CONSTITUTION: In the differential pressure measuring equipment wherein the peripheral part of a seal diaphragm 13 (12) is secured to the opposite side faces at a pressure receiving block 1B by means of a seal ring 20, the seal ring 20 comprises a planar bottom part 21 comprising a hole 211 for conducting a measuring fluid and a part 212 disposed on the periphery of the conduction hole 211 and metal sealing the peripheral part of the seal diaphagm 13(12) along with a pressure receiving part 1B, and a tubular part 22 having one end secured to the periphery of the bottom part 21 and the inner peripheral face 221 being secured to the pressure receiving part 1B by screwing or press fit.
