Abstract:
To provide a differential pressure measuring system which measures a differential pressure in an optically-high dynamic range, and cancels a measurement error.
This system is equipped with: a light sources 114 for irradiating the first irradiation wavelength component and the second irradiation wavelength component whose wavelength is different from that of the first irradiation wavelength component; the first sensor 5 for changing light intensity of the first irradiation wavelength component corresponding to the first external pressure PO1with the first pressure sensitivity, and outputting the first measuring wavelength component; the second sensor 15 for changing light intensity of the first measuring wavelength component corresponding to the second external pressure PO2with the second pressure sensitivity whose sign is opposite to the first pressure sensitivity, and outputting the second measuring wavelength component; optical waveguides 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 for propagating the first irradiation wavelength component, the first measuring wavelength component and the second measuring wavelength component, and propagating the second irradiation wavelength component as a reference wavelength component; a correction module 74A for correcting modulation which is common to the second measuring wavelength component and the reference wavelength component; and a differential pressure measuring module 75A for measuring a differential pressure between the first external pressure PO1and second external pressure PO2from light intensity of the second measuring wavelength component wherein modulation is corrected.
