Abstract:
To provide a differential pressure measuring system capable of maintaining a good pressure transmission characteristic without generating bubbles in sealed liquid.
The differential pressure measuring system comprises a differential pressure measuring system body sealed with seal liquid and a seal diaphragm provided in the system body and contacting the measuring fluid, and a hydrogen occlusion film provided in the seal liquid side of the seal diaphragm.
