Abstract:
To provide a technique which can improve the accuracy of differential pressure-shaping positions.SOLUTION: A differential pressure-shaping apparatus 1, comprising a transport unit U1, a differential pressure-shaping unit U2, and a mark detection unit U3, repeats a process of intermittently transporting a continuous sheet SH1 having marks M0 aligned with shaping shots ST1 in units of shots ST1 to shape the continuous sheet by a differential pressure. The transport unit U1 transports the sheet SH1 in a transport direction D1 extending through a shaping zone Z3. The differential pressure-shaping unit U2 shapes the sheet SH1 by the differential pressure in the shaping zone Z3. The mark detection unit U3 is disposed in the shaping zone Z3 to detect the marks M0 on the sheet SH1. When the mark detection unit U3 detects the marks M0 on the sheet SH1 being transported by the transport unit U1, the differential pressure-shaping apparatus 1 stops the transport of the sheet SH1 when the sheet is transported by a preset distance L2 shorter than an interval L1 of a shot ST1 after the marks have been detected, so that the sheet SH1 is shaped by the differential pressure-shaping unit U2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
