Abstract:
To make measurable differential pressure with high accuracy by preventing hydrogen gas from being diffused into diaphragms and released into sealed liquids to be bubbles.
A first diaphragm 1 is fixed to a block 11 by welding or the like, together with a first seal ring 3, and a second seal ring 4 having a gas release hole 5 over the first seal ring 3 and the block 11 is fixed to the block 11 by welding or the like, so that a second diaphragm 2 fixed to the second seal ring 4 having the gas release hole 5 is shaped to match the shape of the first diaphragm 1 and overlies the first diaphragm 1 with a gap between which leads to the gas release hole 5 provided in the second seal ring 4.
