Title:
DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE VALVE FOR HEAT PUMP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015007501
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress at least one of a variety of malfunctions accompanying refrigerant filling work, in a differential pressure valve for a heat pump applied to a heat pump cycle which is switchable to a gas injection cycle.SOLUTION: A differential pressure valve for a heat pump comprises: a main valve member 161 which opens and closes a gas phase refrigerant passage 142b for introducing a gas phase refrigerant which is accommodated in an upper block 142 constituting a body, and separated in a gas-liquid separation space 141b to an intermediate pressure refrigerant passage 15 side; and an elastic member 162 which applies a load to the main valve member 161 in a direction in which the gas phase refrigerant passage 142b is closed. Then, the main valve member 161 includes: a valve body part 161a which receives the pressure of the intermediate pressure refrigerant passage 15 (pressure of a downstream side passage 142g); and an equal pressure piston part 161c which receives the pressure of the intermediate pressure refrigerant passage 15 in a direction reverse to a direction in which the pressure of the intermediate pressure refrigerant passage 15 is applied to the valve body part 161a.
