Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to increase processing speed, to make only one motor suffice, and to reduce cost by causing a 1st output part to rotate according to the condition of a driven body and at the same time causing a 2nd output part to rotate in the reverse direction via a 1st and 2nd differential mechanism by means of an input of a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a pulley 10 rotates in the direction of A without a rotary shaft 1 being restrained, support shafts 27 and 28 rotate in the same direction together with bevel gears 29 and 30, the rotary shaft 1 rotates in the same direction, and a spur gear 2 rotates in the direction of A. On the other hand, under the condition of the rotary shaft 1 being restrained in a standstill, according to the rotation of the pulley 10 in the direction of A, the bevel gears 29 and 30 revolve respectively in the directions of B and C and at the same time rotate about the rotary shaft 1, and therefore a bevel gear 33 rotates in the direction of A. And bevel gears 17 and 18 are rotated respectively in the directions of D and E, a bevel gear 21 is rotated in the direction of F namely in the direction opposite to A, and a gear 3 is rotated in the direction of F. This causes the spur gears 2 and 3 make relative displacement along a meandering groove 5, a table 4 moves along the groove 5, and therefore it becomes possible to move the table 4 at a high speed, to make a single motor suffice and to reduce cost.
