Abstract:

To prevent breakdown of a semiconductor device, by removing a noise of a transmission signal in a low-cost and light-weight circuit structure.

A first transmission line 3 for transmitting a first signal and a second transmission line 4 for transmitting a second signal, having a phase reverse to the first signal, are connected in series with a common mode choke coil 5. A third transmission line 6 and a fourth transmission line 7 are connected in series with the common-mode choke coil 5 for transmitting the first and second signals. A semiconductor device 8, which is connected to the third and fourth transmission paths 6, 7, receives/transmits the first and second signals. A first termination element has an end connected in parallel with the first transmission line 3, while the other end is connected with the common mode choke coil 5. In this constitution, performance for removing the noise of the common-mode choke coil 5 can be improved.
