To allow decision of a difficulty level considering user's singing skill.

First, accuracies of singing parameters per section (section accuracies) are specified with respect to voice of user's singing a musical piece, and the statistics of section accuracies are collected per ideal parameters to specify parameter accuracies of the user per ideal parameters. Then, in response to a request from the user, the statistics of respective parameter accuracies about ideal parameters coinciding with or approximating ideal parameters in respective unit sections in an object musical piece, out of parameter accuracies stored in association with the user are collected in all unit sections to estimate a difficulty level in singing the object musical piece of the user being a request source.
