PURPOSE: To obtain a small-sized and easy-to-handle device and to shorten a finishing time by carrying a sheet at speed synchronizing with the scanning speed on the picture plane of an original with a trap side as a head at the time of exposing and carrying the sheet with a pod side as a head at the time of developing.

CONSTITUTION: A sensitive material 100 which is used in a copying device is constituted by facing the coating layer surface of an image receiving sheet obtained by coating an image receiving layer 102 on a supporting body 101 made of thin paper or a transparent base to the coating layer surface of a photosensitive sheet obtained by coating a photosensitive layer 104 on a supporting body 105 made of thin and transparent base, and sticking the peripheral parts through image frame forming band-shaped pieces 103 on both sides, the trap 106 on a front side and the pod 107 enclosing a developer 108 on a rear side. And at the time of exposing the sheet is carried at speed synchronizing with the scanning speed on the picture plane of the original by starting from the top of trap 106 side and at the time of developing the sheet is carried by starting from the top of the pod side. Thus, the device can be made small, and the handling can be facilitated.
