A sucking core 96 extending from a medicine bottle 3 is upward extended via an insertion hole 97 provided in an inside structure 13. The insertion hole 97 is constituted of an opening part of a laterally-long elliptical shape. The length dimension of a short axis 99 of the insertion hole 97 is set to an approximately same dimension to the diameter of the sucking core 96 to prevent the movement of the sucking core 96 in the front/rear direction. The heating part 104 of a heater 102 provided in a support 101 is formed into a tubular shape and disposed immediately above the insertion hole 97. The diameter D of the heating part 104 is set to a dimension larger than the length dimension of the short axis 99 of the insertion hole 97 and the heating part 104 is loosely fitted to the sucking core 96. Medicine sucked by the sucking core 96 is heated by the heating part 104 from the outer circumference part to promote its transpiration and at the same time the transpired medicine is volatilized outside via a volatilization hole.
