PURPOSE: To provide a diffusion analysis vessel made of a heat resistant, chemical resistant material in which decomposition of an organic sample is facilitated by heating the sample along with an acid at a high temperature, and to provide a diffusion analyzer in which perfect hermetic seal can be kept even at a high temperature.
CONSTITUTION: The diffusion analysis vessel comprises a bottomed cylindrical body of fluororesin comprising an outer chamber 103 having a small recess for temporarily receiving a sample at a predetermined position on the bottom and a bottomed inner chamber 104 disposed in the center, a cover member 2 of a fluororesin for hermetically sealing the opening of the body 1 through a fluororesin O-ring, and a decomposition sample capturing cup 3 having a recess for containing a decomposition sample in the bottom.
