Abstract:
To provide a fluorinating reagent comprising an α,α-difluoroamine.
This fluorinating reagent has a chemical structure of formula (I). An α,α-difluoro derivative of 1-propylamine, morpholine, pyridylmethylamine, and a pyrrolidine derivative is exemplified as the compound of formula (I). A method for producing the compound of formula (I) comprises converting a compound of formula (V) into an α,α-dihalogeno compound by using a halogenating reagent and further using an ionic fluoride to produce the compound.
